Wrath of the Lich King drops TODAY! Hurray! I’m sure most people are either at work right now wishing they were playing it, or swearing at the outrageous server queues and overpopulation of the new starting zone.

So for those of you who aren’t playing right now, I’m gonna drop a ton of links on you all to sate that appetite, and hopefully tell you about something you didn’t know about before.

WowHead – Most people know about this already, but in case you didn’t, type in the same of an item, npc, ability, or quest and it will give you all the information you want to know about it. Very helpful if you’re stuck or can’t find something/someone.

Thottbot – Very similar to Wowhead, some people like it better. It’s another game word search tool

Be.imba – If you ever wondered just how prepared you are for [Insert instance here] check this site out. It pulls the armory data and compares it to databases that tell you approximately what raids and dungeons you are properly geared for, and it also evaluates your gems and enchantments and advises you when you aren’t using the best ones. This is a very powerful tool. (WotLK data is under development still at the moment, though.)

Warcraft Quotes – A hilarious diversion at worst, this site is a dumping ground for the funniest things ever uttered in general, or anywhere else in the game. Lots of funny guild and character names also.

MMO Champion – Fan-bloody-tastic info database for World of Warcraft, daily updates regarding game development (blue post tracking from the WoW forums too) as well as info and guides to figure out just about anything you need to do to be l337, or whatever it is the kids say these days. This site is all-star.

WTF?! – In case you didn’t know it already, WTF is an excellent parody flash game that will run in your browser. Why wait until you leave the office to play Warcraft? Amirite?

MapWow – This is a “google map” of the entire World of Warcraft game world. It can show you locations of ore and herbs, treasure, and travelpaths (but not the nearest Starbucks, sorry.)

Our New Game – Will (should) be ready this weekend. I wanted to have it done before today, but I’m afraid there might be a couple more bugs and with WotLK releasing today, I was afraid people would mostly just ignore it. So, it’s almost ready and it is WoW related. So stay tuned, exciting things on the way!
