Gamer's University – Updated More than Never!

Hoo boy, I never thought I would see the day something like this existed and a shame it seems to be so little-known as well.

This is MagiQuest:

MagiQuest is an interactive live-action, role playing game where players embark on quests and adventures in an enchanted fantasy world using real magic wands to solve the mysteries of the game.
You decide…
With wand in hand, you will enter the enchanted kingdom. What will you do first, Magi? Befriend a Pixie, learn from an ancient wizard, battle a goblin or outwit a dragon?

Yeah. Imagine walking around Disneyland with an electronic “Magic” wand in hand, throwing virtual fileballs at goblins, collecting treasure, and completing quests. There are online game tie-ins and additional merch you can get to enhance the game experience.

Laser tag just doesn’t cut it anymore.

I can’t articulate how excellent and progressive this is, and I hope it grows out closer to the west coast where I reside. (For now the locations are pretty well in the eastern USA…and Japan)

I mean…just look at it:

I resolve to make a trip out to one of their locations at some point and do a full in-depth review, an idea like this deserves it. Until then, you should seriously go check it out for yourself at http://magiquest.com/. I want to see more centers like this in my lifetime.

Class dismissed
